Class Schedule

Monday + Thursday at 2 pm AST 

Tuesday + Friday at 12:30 pm AST

Day 1: Mobility, Conditioning, Core

Day 2: Legs, Glutes 

Day 3: Chest, Back, Core

Day 4Shoulders, Arms, Glutes

*Every week we will rotate the days so that if you plan to always come on Monday and Wednesday, you won’t be focusing on the same muscle groups every week.
